Talk Like a Pirate Day
It's National Talk Like a Pirate Day! Since your teacher has a bit of a "thing" for pirates, we'll be doing some piraty, nautical-themed stuff in class today. Be prepared for lots of bad pirate jokes/puns or be prepared to walk the plank.

Today is the anniversary of the September 11 World Trade Center bombing, so we'll be reading and thinking about that today in class.
